To prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of the personal data it holds, the Company establishes an organizational management system and internal regulations, thoroughly educates its employees, and reviews its management system as necessary.
4. Supervision of Outsourcing Partners
The Company may outsource the handling of personal information to external parties to the extent necessary to achieve its purposes of use. The Company requires such outsourcing partners to strictly manage personal information and appropriately supervises them.
5. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Retained Personal Data
If a customer wishes to confirm, correct, or request suspension of use of their retained personal data held by the Company, the Company will respond within a reasonable scope after confirming the identity of the requester.
6. Use of Drive Recorders
For the purpose of confirming safe vehicle operation, the Company may record conditions inside and outside its vehicles using drive recorders. Recorded footage is handled only by designated personnel in accordance with internal regulations and will not be provided to third parties, except where required by law or when cooperating with a criminal investigation by an investigative authority. Recordings are promptly deleted after a certain period has elapsed.
