Your reservation is not yet confirmed at the time of the automatic reply email acknowledging your form submission.
Our staff will contact you by phone or email to confirm your reservation.
Your reservation will be considered confirmed once this phone or email confirmation is complete.
Please note that if we are unable to reach you and confirmation by phone or email is not completed by 8:00 PM on the day before your scheduled pickup date, your form submission will be treated as invalid.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you may cancel free of charge up until 1 hour before your reserved pickup time. A cancellation fee (standard vehicle: JPY 5,900) will apply for cancellations made less than 1 hour before the reserved time.
Please note that if you change your pickup time to less than 1 hour before the originally reserved time and board later than the original schedule, an additional hire-car meter charge for the waiting time between the original reserved time and your actual boarding time may apply.
If you have not boarded 15 minutes after the reserved pickup time and we are unable to reach you, your reservation will be treated as cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that depending on road conditions on the day, it may not be possible to complete the planned sightseeing route within the scheduled time.
